HOMEWORK: Read section 2.3 and answer questions 1-3 on page 49.
CLASS RECAP: Today students created graphic organizers from the terms monosaccharides, disaccharides, and polysaccharides that we learned yesterday. Students listed three examples of each of these types of carbohydrates.
Students then learned about dehydration synthesis and hydrolysis reactions. Students took notes in their Carbon Compounds notes packets.
