HOMEWORK:
Read 2.1 (Unit 1, Chapter 2, Section 1) in your online textbook. Define vocab terms and fill out entire vocab card. Take notes on the section in your daily science journal.
CLASS RECAP:Today students started with a Do First question reviewing how to calculate the number of protons, neutrons and electrons in neutral atoms. Then students learned about ions and isotopes and practiced figuring out the subatomic particles within those two types of atoms.
Students then used the macs to login to their online textbook they will be using for the remainder of the year.
