CLASS RECAP:Today students started class reviewing how to draw atoms. Then students learned how to deduce the amount of protons, neutrons, and electrons in an atom using their periodic table.
Students practiced this on the worksheet "Protons Neutrons and Electrons Practice".
We then learned about what an ion is and how to calculate the numbers of protons, neutrons, and electrons in atoms with an overall charge.
