CLASS RECAP: Today students started class by completing a cell respiration puzzle to review the parts of cell respiration. Then students took notes on Fermentation (the process that organisms use when there is NO oxygen present.) Students set up an experiment involving yeast, sugar and warm water to discover what occurs during alcoholic fermentation.
Students learned about the process of lactic acid fermentation.
